VICEODE is a collection of stories, music and comics, about what becomes of those who neglect to face the vices that lie within.
From the galloping rhythms of Abyss and the haunting cello lines of Hole to the mystical reflections of Pyre, “Viceode I” happily rests on top of the alternative rock cloud delivering an elegant, meticulously-crafted adventure of album-oriented goodness.

‘’SOLITUDE'S A GREAT THING . . .’’
Burial is a song about denial, about being constantly followed by that which we insist on avoiding. Try as we might to “bury it ‘till it doesn’ t exist,” we can’ t ever escape what we choose to avoid.
In the comic book, we are introduced to another character. This person lives in isolation, and spends every day crossing the hills to bury a sack that even they choose to keep sealed, only to have it reappear at the foot of his bed each and every day.
Growling basslines and shrill arpeggios drill in the meaning of this song: Avoidance is also commitment.
‘’. . . AS LONG AS YOU'RE NEVER ALONE’’
